Really nice guys to help when I was broken down and even told us about a discount at a hotel nearby. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and explained everything. - Min D (5 star review found on Google)
This place is awesome. Some of the best guys around. Jeremy, and his crew are angels. They helped me, my father and 12yr old son get home safe. We were traveling thru and our transfer case blew. Our truck was disabled and was not making it back to Denver CO. These guys did everything they could to get us home. Our break down was only a 2 hour delay in our trip. Thank you guys, no words to explain how much we appreciate you guys!! - Zacharia G (5 star review found on Google)
Omg! I can’t say enough about this business, owners and their staff after a nightmare week of being broke down in Steamboat Springs, co. We got on the road, and 42 miles west of Childress, Tx. We lost the freeze plug out of the turbo my husband had just changed. We pulled into a rest area where Dave commenced to calling around to find the part. When he called Hill's, Jeremy went to work for us. His nephew Nathan who works for him was passing the rest area, he had him Åtop and tow our trailer in, and as we couldn’t get the part till the next day, he went to work finding us a place to park our trailer and get our horses comfortable. If you are ever broke down around Childress they are the go to people. Very fair and reasonable. - Valarie G (5 star review found on Google)
My radiator blew just outside of town and not only did they start working on it immediately and he personally drove us to a hotel and got us checked in with a "broken down" discount. Then he picked us up in the morning after the part had come in and brought us back to the shop. Great guys, awesome team! Wouldn't go anywhere else! - Joshua S (5 star review found on Google)

Wow, were to start? From the first call to Hill’s to the final handshake as we left, they made us feel well cared for, listened to us, were honest about the problem and solutions… and most of all did a fantastic job of repairing our vehicle. It is nice to find people you can really trust. We were on our way to Fort Worth, Texas to see our grandchildren. We had replaced the radiator and thermostat before we left CA. We had also put on new tires, new brakes, changed the oil, filled all the fluids and thought our 2004 4Runner was ready for the trip. A few hours out of Fort Worth the check engine light went on and the heat gauge started going up. We called AAA and were towed to Hill’s Repair in Childress, TX. To be honest, we had our doubts about getting a decent repair on our vehicle in a small town. We were so wrong, and we only wish we had such a good mechanic close to us in our home town. They found a leaky hose that had not been tightened down correctly and an old leaky hose our mechanic had missed. Hill's even had the water pump in stock for our vehicle. Jeremy graciously drove us to a local eatery for a great homestyle lunch, and the team stayed late that afternoon to try and get our car finished so we could leave that day. Unfortunately, the seal that came with the water pump would not seal. They drove us to a motel that evening. The next day they drove a 2 hour round trip to pick up another water pump so we would not be delayed another day. The team installed the pump that morning, test drove our car, picked us up from the hotel and we were on our way after lunch. They went above and beyond making sure our 4Runner was truly ready for us to finish our trip and make a safe return trip home. Thank you so much Jeremy and team. We are forever grateful to you! - Marilyn S (5 star review found on Google)
Had truck trouble pulling a trailer enroute to Colorado prior to a holiday weekend. These guys were awesome in immediately evaluating my truck and advising if ok to continue to next Ford dealership. Helpful guys who were very responsive to my situation - Terry T (5 star review found on Google)
Professional and Honest! I lost AC on my drive across West Texas. Stopped by the nearest place to have it looked at, wary that an out of towner would be taken advantage of. The owner immediately diagnosed the problem as a frozen AC line and invited me into his office out of the heat to wait. 30 minutes later it defrosted and I was on my way. He could have very easily charged me for repairs I didn’t need. No charge, free estimate and a kind demeanor. Highly recommend. - Shane H (5 star review found on Google)
