Nothing is worse than being stranded miles away from home. This group was a life saver for us. Our transmission went out just outside of Childress. Jeremy pick us up and one of his colleagues towed the truck, they were willing to tow us home or to the shop where they had a new transmission that was ready to be installed. We opted for the install to get it taken care of. They recommended the ‘broke down discount’ at a local hotel where we stayed overnight. Within 24 hrs we were back on the road headed home. Highly recommend this group!

We were traveling home from Northern New Mexico to Dallas when the serpentine belt broke on our Chevy Silverado and left us stranded in Memphis, Texas in the hot, hot summer heat! Phillip picked us up and got us into Childress and Jeremy hooked us with the “broke down” discount at a local hotel. The next day Phillip met us bright and early and shared his cab with us and our 2 dogs and drove us the 4 ½ hours back to Dallas. Everyone at Hill’s Motors in Childress was incredibly nice, fair, helpful and pleasant to deal with in a very unpleasant and stressful situation. Thank y’all very much!

We broke down in Childress, Texas on a 5650 miles trek across the U.S. with our truck & trailer. Owner, Jeremy Hill & his team got us set up in a nice RV camp site & then promptly got to work on our Chevy Silverado 2500HD. This was not an easy fix & our DPF had to go to Amarillo for a major baking & clean out!! Jeremy got the part sent & picked back up & then put us all back together nicely. We blew two tires on our way home from seeing the eclipse. Jeremy came and towed us, drove us to our motel, and took great care of our car. He was kind and thoughtful.

In the heat of August I broke down while pulling a 41" fifth wheel rv with a duramax diesel. I called Hills and was hooked up and being towed in a matter of ten or fifteen minutes. Mr. Hill loaned us his truck to go eat lunch in while they diagnosed my truck. My engine was trashed and he wound up buying my truck and paid more than fair price for it. He had his son in law Colt tow my trailer to our home some 250 miles away for free, and my wife and I were able to ride with him. Childress appears to be a nice town but we weren't looking to live there. Although it was a terrible experience, I feel very fortunate to have called Jeremy instead of someone less professional. We were stranded at the pac a sac convenience store with a truck that wouldn't start after gassing up. They were professional in answering the phone and getting someone to us with in 15 minutes. Although we still aren't sure what is wrong, the truck did start after the jump pac was removed. Kolton was very nice and helpful. I can see why your business has high ratings. Thank you
