Dusty is an awesome guy. Totally friendly, competent is far too small a word to describe him. I trusted him completely. Having him on your staff speaks volumes about how you run your company. If I wasn't from out of town, I'd use you for everything. Heck, maybe I'll need a new car sometime.

When our vehicle broke down on a Sunday, Jeremy didn't hesitate to get us towed into his shop. Not only was he professional and kind, but he also got us back on the road way faster than we expected. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers like Jeremy does. If you ever need towing or auto repair, Hills Motors is the place to go. Five stars isn't enough!

About 500 miles into a 1600 mile trip I had mechanical issues. I was 30 miles from Childress on Highway 287 and Onstar advised that Hill's Motors was recommended by local emergency services and highly rated in online reviews. I spoke with Jeremy Hill on the phone and he advised they could tow my truck, 5th wheel RV and make repairs subject to parts availability. Sounds good let's do it!. They stored my 5th wheel in their yard, took my truck to their shop and started repairs the next morning. They replaced the engine idler pulley & belt and had me back on the road in under 4 hours. I had no issues for the remainder of the trip. I can't say enough about how professional, honest and personable his entire staff was. Kudos to you and your team Jeremy, from start to finish you're the best!!!

Nothing is worse than being stranded miles away from home. This group was a life saver for us. Our transmission went out just outside of Childress. Jeremy pick us up and one of his colleagues towed the truck, they were willing to tow us home or to the shop where they had a new transmission that was ready to be installed. We opted for the install to get it taken care of. They recommended the ‘broke down discount’ at a local hotel where we stayed overnight. Within 24 hrs we were back on the road headed home. Highly recommend this group!
