I called them to see if I could bring my car into find out why the “needs maintenance” light was on and happened to mention I’d recently had an my oil changed. Jeremy told me that the light should have been reset by the person who did the oil change. Then told me How to fix it. I did what he told me to do and it reset and the light went off - in about a minute. I was amazed because he could have had me bring the car in, fixed it, and charged me $50-$75 to do it. As a result, he made a customer and I will see him for any future problems.
