When the wheels fell off of my handicapped short bus I live in, the folks at Hill's Motors did an outstanding job at getting us back on the road safely. Even though they knew that it would inconvenience us and our timing of our travels they were insistent on making sure that the safety of me, my girlfriend, and our two dogs was of the up most importance. One particular thing stood out for me that doesn't happen often in mechanic shops is that when I brought up something I had learned that contradicted the advice they had been giving me, they legitimately took what I had to say seriously. After researching the matter they realized that they had been mistaken. Everyone is human, and not everyone can know everything about every vehicle, and for them to acknowledge that is quite remarkable.
