Professional and Honest! I lost AC on my drive across West Texas. Stopped by the nearest place to have it looked at, wary that an out of towner would be taken advantage of. The owner immediately diagnosed the problem as a frozen AC line and invited me into his office out of the heat to wait. 30 minutes later it defrosted and I was on my way.
