Jeremy Hill went far above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined when my car's radiator broke down in Childress when trying to get my young daughter to a specialist doctor in Dallas. Amazing customer service!! We got a blow out 3 hours into a 12 hour trip thanks to road debris. We were in a town 50 miles away from Childress. Apparently a 19in tire is hard to find because NO ONE had one nearby. I decided to start calling tire shops in Childress and first on my list was Hill's. I told him our situation. He said I will help you find you a tire and call you back. Not only did he find me a tire within minute, he sold it to me at a very reasonable price, and installed it in 10minutes. I could not speak more highly of this place. Fantastic, knowledgeable, and courteous. Had truck and trailer issues in the middle of a long road trip. Took us in immediately, ordered parts, and got the work done in less time than expected. I called them to see if I could bring my car into find out why the “needs maintenance” light was on and happened to mention I’d recently had an my oil changed. Jeremy told me that the light should have been reset by the person who did the oil change. Then told me How to fix it. I did what he told me to do and it reset and the light went off - in about a minute. I was amazed because he could have had me bring the car in, fixed it, and charged me $50-$75 to do it. As a result, he made a customer and I will see him for any future problems. My Ford Expedition broke down about 20 mile outside of Childress as we were driving from Dallas to Amarillo. Jeremy Hill told how to nurse it to Childress. He replaced serpentine belt and idler pulley. He did a great job and very reasonable. I had to ask he they added everything to the ticket.
